Sales and Marketing Manager
Description
1. Sales Channel Management & Operations
• Multi-Channel Leadership: Oversee and drive sales across four primary channels: Dealer Networks, Modern Trade, Project Sales, and Showroom Sales.
• Daily Sales Operations: Prepare and execute daily sales management plans. Implement strict route planning and standardized operating procedures (SOPs) for the sales team to ensure maximum market coverage and efficiency.
• Team Leadership: Monitor, guide, and motivate assigned sales team members to ensure monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets are consistently achieved.
• Market Intelligence: Conduct regular market analysis, track competitor activities, and provide structured, data-driven reports to Executive Management.
2. Customer Relationship Management (CRM)
• Key Account Management: Build and maintain strong, long-term relationships with VIP clients, Key Accounts, and primary Dealers.
• Project Sales Networking: Actively engage with critical stakeholders in the project pipeline, specifically targeting Architects, Property Developers, and Interior Designers to secure high-value contracts.
3. Marketing & Digital Strategy
• Digital Presence: Oversee the company’s digital marketing activities and online brand positioning.
• Social Media Management: Utilize social media marketing knowledge to plan, create, and manage a consistent content writing and posting schedule across relevant platforms.
4. Product & OEM Management
• Manufacturer Relations: Manage relationships and negotiations with external furniture manufacturers and OEM partners.
• Custom Orders: Coordinate closely with factories to fulfill customized, high-value customer orders efficiently.
• Product Development: Identify market trends to assist in sourcing or producing highly sellable, in-demand furniture products for the current market.

Requirements
Job Specification (Job Requirements)
• Proven experience in a Sales and Marketing managerial role, preferably within the furniture, home goods, or construction materials industry.
• Strong understanding of B2B (Project/Dealer) and B2C (Showroom/Modern Trade) sales dynamics.
• Hands-on experience with digital marketing and social media content scheduling.
• Excellent leadership, negotiation, and analytical reporting skills.
• Ability to work under pressure and adapt to dynamic market conditions.
